SERVICE - On time shipments are one of the services that we provide to our customers. When we agree on a shipping date, we ship on that date. Yes, things do go wrong. Machines break down, operators are absent, raw material is late, etc. It's at these times that we do whatever it takes to meet the needs of our customers.

Our heat transfer engineers design parts to meets our customers' specific requirements. The design criteria may include the amount of heat transferred, pressure drop limits, space restraints, etc. This service will be provided free of charge.

PRECISION - Each of our customer's requirements are reviewed in order to set tolerances that will meet the functional use of the part, without sacrificing manufacturability of the part.

CUSTOM DESIGN - We do not offer a generic catalog of standard-issue parts. Each application calls for different heat transfer and pressure drop requirements, as well as coil diameters, space constraints, tube connection size, tube-end location, bracketing needs, etc. Delta t would rather design a heat exchanger around the customer's package than force the customer to change their package to fit a "standard" coil.

Tube size (tube OD, tube wall, flute OD, flute ID, number of starts, flute pitch, overall length, bare end lengths)
Coil type (tube in tube, shell and tube, coil in shell…)
Coil size
Tube end shape (round, bell, swage, single flare, double flare, Hansen connection, etc.)
Tube-end location and size (specific OD or ID)
Termination condition (plain, fitting of any type, etc.)
