Capabilities

HEAT EXCHANGE ENGINEERING - The heat exchange engineers at Delta t design parts (tubes, coils, etc.) to match the customer's specific application requirements. If our engineers find that the customer's requirements will not work for their desired application, they will work with the customer to make the needed changes. As a part of the design process Delta t provides the customer with a description and drawing of the part, and a quote for the part in both prototype and production quantities. There may be variations in design and/or quantity for the customer to choose from.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING - The manufacturing engineers at Delta t will, during the development and production phases of a part, strive to bring about process and part changes offering the most benefit to the customer. These changes may be part design changes, process changes that remove operations (eliminating labor), or process changes that automate operations (exchanging labor dollars for fewer equipment dollars).

PART FABRICATION - Delta t fabricates all of their parts to the customer's exact specifications. We can not only twist and groove tubes, but can further process the parts by. . .
 

. . . and just about any other fabrication that the customer requires.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT - Customers with parts that cannot be manufactured with Delta t's standard machinery, need custom machines made exclusively for that process or part. Delta t has the unique ability to build processes (machines and tooling) that will create the parts needed by the customer. This process creation can be done quickly and economically by Delta t at our facilities.
